The 7,800 SF building for Dr. Smythe Rich, which houses the Center for Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, is located at 1711 Richland Street in the heart of the Robert Mills Historic Design District. Jeff Lewis worked closely with City of Columbia DDRC to design a single building on two lots that compliments the architectural character of the neighboring structures.
